- Arrival time from 14.30 onwards, check-out on day of departure until 11.00 noon.
- Advanced payment of 30%, minimum € 70, within one week of confirmation. Please transfer the remaining amount to our account two weeks before arrival, or pay cash on arrival per agreement.
- In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival we retain 25% of the total amount, at 2-4 weeks before arrival 50%, then 100% if cancellation occurs within two weeks before scheduled arrival.
- All banking fees have to be paid by the lodger.
- All prices include IVA / taxes.
